I bought an instax wedding album from Liumy and I was very happy with it. The quality was great, but what really stood out was the customer service. I accidentally made a typo in my personalization but Liumy was quick to fix it and sent me design proofs to finalize. Shipping does take a while, but there is the option for expedited shipping.

Returns and exchange details:

Refunds are done when the product is shipped back to me.
- If the package is not claimed from the post office it will be sent back to me. Then I can sent the album again if the client pays for the shipping.
- You are over-seas seller, what happens if my package is lost.
This happens very rarely but we did have such cases. After we get this info that the package did not reach the client we make duplicated products and send them with Expedited 3 days shipping. So the new package reaches client before the celebration. Of course its very expensive to do so but we never leave our clients behind.
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please contact me if there are any issues with your item. I always go extra mile to make everything perfect!
Conditions of return:
- Buyer can return or exchange this item.
- Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Customs and import taxes are not refundable.
Cancellations:
- Buyer can request a cancellation within 2 days after order is placed.
