I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please contact me if there are any issues with your item. I always go the extra mile to make everything perfect!

Shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

How to order? 

1. Choose the page number and page layout.
2.1 In the notes to the seller box please include: the names for the cover, the date of the celebration, and phone number (required info for shipping only) IMPORTANT: We copy and paste your text (NAMES, DATES) with all the symbols, and formats you include and print it as you write it. Please, double-check your text - if there is a mistake, it will be on the cover too.
2.2 Cover design choice if you want to change it.

Album format: Square

Album size: 11" x 11.4"(h) inch | 28 x 29(h) cm

Perfectly fits pictures horizontally and vertically:

• 4" x 6" / 10 x 15 cm
• Polaroid / Instax photos
• Photo Booth strips

One page can fit up 4 pictures (4" x 6" (10 x 15 cm), both sides:

• 20 pages album can fit up to 80 photos 
• 30 pages album can fit up to 120 photos 
• 40 pages album can fit up to 160 photos 
• 50 pages album can fit up to 200 photos

Color disclaimer.

Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Please kepp in mind that if you're purchasing the same color items at different times there may be some color differences. This happens because items may be manufactured from different dye lots and the shade may differ due to natural qualities.

Note: Don’t mistake the color name to be what you may think that color should be. Example, just because a color may have the name Biscuit, it does not mean it will necessarily look like what most people would consider being a Biscuit color. Furthermore, different brands may use the same color name for different color names.

Shipping.

"ALWAYS ON TIME" shipping policy which means that if the package is late / lost / damaged by the post office i make product copy and send it with 3 days expedited shipping. Its an extra mile that i go to guarantee that my client will have the product on their celebration date. And its FREE for you. If I see that there is too little time for standard delivery i will contact you and offer expedited shipping.

Production and shipping:

• Standard shipping (only 5$*) (3-4 weeks) + production time (3-7 days).
• Expedited shipping (3-5 working days, extra fee) + production time (3-7 days).
