Color disclaimer.

Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Please keep in mind that if you're purchasing the same color items at different times there may be some color differences. This happens because items may be manufactured from different dye lots and the shade may differ due to natural qualities.

Note: Don’t mistake the color name to be what you may think that color should be. Example, just because a color may have the name Biscuit, it does not mean it will necessarily look like what most people would consider being a Biscuit color. Furthermore, different brands may use the same color name for different color names.

Returns and exchange details:

I stand behind all my products and they are top quality. Please read client reviews. 
Refunds are done when the product is shipped back to me. 

- If the package is not claimed from the post office it will be sent back to me. Then I can sent the album again if the client pays for the shipping.
- You are over-seas seller, what happens if my package is lost.

This happens very rarely but we did have such cases. After we get this info that the package did not reach the client we make duplicated products and send them with Expedited 3 days shipping. So the new package reaches client before the celebration. Of course its very expensive to do so but we never leave our clients behind. 

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please contact me if there are any issues with your item. I always go extra mile to make everything perfect!

Conditions of return:
- Buyer can return or exchange this item.
- Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Customs and import taxes are not refundable.

Cancellations:
- Buyer can request a cancellation within 2 days after order is placed.
