We had an issue where our album didn't reach us the first time. They immediately offered to send us a new one and made sure it arrived before the wedding. Really love the album itself and really appreciated the customer support
Highly recommend! I was skeptical to order at first, as I had not heard of the company before and I’m in Aus. However, the service was prompt and the communication at each stage of manufacturing the book I could not fault and the end product which I received today is exactly as described. I would definitely order from Liumy Albums again. The only negative thing i have to say was that I paid for express postage but it was delayed quite a few times by the postal service, so definitely order well ahead of time to save yourself some stress of the book not arriving in time for your event.

We absolutely LOVE our album. I thought all the 5-star reviews were too good to be true, but they absolutely exceeded my expectations. We chose a custom option and received a sneak peak from Liumy before it shipped which was such a nice touch. Also the most cost-effective option I found without sacrificing quality! The guests loved snapping photos for the book and we will cherish it forever. Definitely recommend!
